Shipping is free in the US, shipped by USPS. At present, we ship to all 50 states.

We will endeavour to fulfil your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days, however this is subject to change. As a standard, orders are processed between Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm ET but can be despatched outside of these times - including weekends. We will email your order tracking, so please keep an eye on this.

Need help? Contact us through our Help Desk 4am-12pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We will try and get back to you within 48 hours.

We'll ship your first Ongoing Plan box 16 days after your Starter Box, irrespective of your chosen plan frequency or delays in delivery. If you haven't received your Starter Box within five days of order, please let us know. 

If you want to make changes to your plan you can do so up to 24 hours before your next delivery is due. You can log into your account and access your subscription details in the customer portal. Here, you can change blends, address, frequency or cancel your plan. If you have any problems with accessing your account, please check out our Help Desk and if you still have an issue, contact us as soon as possible.

If any problems arise with your order, or with the delivery address or payment method associated with your Neat Plan, and Neat Nutrition is unable to resolve the problem, we may notify you via e-mail using the address associated with your Neat Plan. It is important that you keep your information current with an accurate email address that you regularly check. If problems arise with your order that we cannot resolve, your order may be cancelled, and we may not be able to process future boxes until the problem has been resolved.
