A peanut butter cake that takes 3 minutes to make, is vegan-friendly and contains almost 20g of plant-based protein? Yes, you heard that right; thanks to this week's recipe, you really can have your (mug)cake and eat it too!

METHOD: 

Combine the dry ingredients - the flour, baking powder and protein - in a bowl. Next, add in the wet ingredients and mix till smooth, before stirring in half the chocolate chips. 

Spoon the mixture into a greased mug or small bowl and place in the microwave for 60-90 seconds (this can vary depending on the power of your microwave).

Then all you need to do is top with leftover chocolate, extra peanut butter and anything else you desire!
