Melt the chocolate slowly in a pan on a low heat. Once melted, take off the heat and stir in the protein and milk if needed. Dip in the pretzels and place on a greased baking tray. Sprinkle with cacao nibs.
For the yogurt pretzels, melt the coconut oil in the microwave or in a pan. Allow this to cool down slightly before mixing with the yogurt and whey protein. Again, dip in your pretzels and place on the greased baking tray with a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
Place your pretzels in the freezer and get them out just before eating.
