Blend the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until silky smooth. Scoop into a bowl and smooth down the mixture with a spoon. Scoop over the passionfruit. Dollop on the nut butter of choice and scatter over the granola. Decorate with coconut chips and devour.
