To us, there's something about toffee that just screams Autumn, so we couldn't think of a better time to share this brand new protein ball recipe. It contains all of of the energy-boosting sweetness that you need from an afternoon pick me up!
Start by adding the nuts to a food processor and blitzing until they are in small chunks. Then, simply add all your other ingredients! Process until the mixture starts to come together and there are no large chunks of date or pecan left.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. Store in an airtight container.
