Originally made with butter, sugar, flour and cinnamon sugar, it's no surprise that the humble snickerdoodle cookie is oh so tasty! So, we've set about to give this tempting treat a healthier, high protein twist. Whip up a batch of these protein balls to enjoy as a mid-afternoon snack at your desk - they're sure to keep your mind sharp and hunger at bay as you power through your to do list!
METHOD:
As always, we've kept this recipe nice and simple.
Just put all your ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture comes together, adding the milk a little bit at a time to get your desired consistency (sticky but not wet!).
Roll into small balls with your hands and then roll each ball in a mixture of cinnamon & your favourite granulated sweetener for the finishing touch. Job done!
