On busy mornings, we're all about breakfasts that we've prepped the night before, so that we can simply grab it out the refrigerator and go! This chia pudding recipe is a light but satiating way to start the day, and is perfect for taking to work in re-useable container for when you don't have time for breakfast...

 

Raspberry Chia Protein Pudding Recipe | Neat Nutrition. Clean, Simple, No-Nonsense.

 

METHOD:

In a blender, quickly blitz together the raspberries, yogurt and vanilla protein until well combined. 

Pour the smoothie into a bowl, and add in chia seeds and mix well. 

Leave in fridge overnight and decorate and eat in the morning!
