Whether you're taking on a marathon or any other physical challenge, there is nothing more important than setting yourself up with a good, nutritious breakfast! This PB&J overnight oats recipe is not only the perfect balance of carbs, proteins and fats but is also super easy to prep the night before so that you can simply grab it out the fridge on the big day.

First, blend the milk, protein, banana and peanut butter in a blender until smooth. 

Place into a jar or bowl and mix in the chia seeds, oats and frozen berries. Leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours, and give it a good stir before serving with extra raspberries and peanut butter.
