If you're unsure what to bring to your next summer party or family gathering, these peanut butter protein brownies are exactly what you've been looking for. Gooey centred and topped with melting chocolate, these brownie bites are the perfect balance of sweet and salty - meaning they're sure to disappear in seconds!

METHOD:

First, preheat your oven to 350f.

In a food processor or high powered blender, start by combining the bananas and nut butter. Once smooth, add in the cocoa powder, protein powder and milk and blend again until silky smooth.

Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and bake for 18-20 minutes (or until cooked through). Remove from the oven and allow to cool before cutting and drizzling with extra peanut butter. 

Want to take these brownies up a gear? Add a few squares of dark chocolate to the top when they are still a little warm to get gooey bites of melted chocolate!
