In a food processor, start by blending your oats, dates and peanuts in a food processor until well-combined but still chunky.
Next, add in all your other ingredients, except the jelly, and blend again. This you can add last - giving it a final blend to incorporate it throughout the mixture. Add the jam in last and give one final blend to incorporate through the whole mixture.
Roll into small, bitesized balls and store in an air-tight container.
