So we've taken inspiration from this tempting treat, creating an indulgent peanut butter, chocolate chip cookie dough with a healthy twist. It'll satisfy your sweet tooth whilst fuelling you with a great balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats... dreams really do come true!
Once you've drained and rinsed your chickpeas, if you want a super smooth texture, it helps to remove some of the outer shells from your chickpeas - but be warned, this is not a quick task!
Once shelled, start to break down your chickpeas in a food processor or blender, scraping down the sides as needed. Then simply add in all your other ingredients except the chocolate chips and keep blending until smooth and lump-free.
Mix in your chocolate chips and eat with an extra dollop of peanut butter!
