Like many, we usually use coffee to wake us up after a sleepless night, but it's also an amazing flavour-enhancer to add to desserts and shakes. Made creamy with avocado and chocolate Whey Protein, this mocha mousse is a delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth and get that much-needed caffeine kick! 

 

Mocha Mousse 

METHOD: 

Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone and the skin and place in a food processor with the milk and blend until smooth. 

Next add in the espresso, cocoa powder, chocolate whey protein, salt and blend again until smooth.

Finally, add the sweetener of your choice slowly, until you reach your desired sweetness. Serve with the toppings of your choice; we love dark chocolate, berries and coconut yogurt!
