Preheat oven to 340f and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease the inside.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the wet ingredients - the mashed banana, milk, syrup, oil, molasses, vinegar and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients.
Combine together the wet and dry ingredients and pop into the loaf pan. Add a few extra crushed nuts on top.
Bake for 30 minutes. Once done, turn the oven off and leave the banana bread in there for an extra 10 minutes. Enjoy - it tastes best served warm!
