Convenient and high protein for snacking on-the-go, these homemade chocolate covered protein bars are a homemade, all-natural take on your usual store-bought options! They're vegan-friendly, soy-free and low in sugar too...
Combine all your ingredients (except the chocolate) in a food processor, adding the milk a little at a time to help the mixture bind. Once well mixed, press into a small baking tin that is lined with parchment paper.
Place this in the refrigerator to set for at least 45 minutes. Once this is almost done, melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water (or carefully in the microwave) and pour over the top of the protein bars.
Leave to set in the refridgerator for another hour before slicing up.
