Blend your frozen bananas in a food processor, until they start to break down into small pieces. They should start to melt slightly and blend together, but you'll need to stop and scrape down the sides as you go.
Once you've got a fine texture, add in the protein, cocoa and a small splash of milk to start bringing it properly together. The finished product should be super thick but smooth in texture. Add a touch of your favourite plant-based milk if needed, but be very careful not to go overboard - no-one likes a thin, soup-like smoothie!
Then, simply scoop out into a bowl and get creative with your favourite toppings - we love frozen berries, peanut butter and a handful of dark chocolate!
