Christmas is all about the chocolate, and these bite-sized protein truffles, combining chocolate, peanut butter and sweet medjool dates, are everything we could ever wish for!
Blend everything in a food processor until a soft ball has formed, adding a little water at a time until this has been achieved.
Roll the mix into 50 small balls and then roll and dust each one in cacao powder before placing on a lined baking tray.
Keep in the fridge in a lunchbox for 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
