One of the greatest flavour combinations going; chocolate and hazelnut! This recipe is a healthier alternative to the well-known brand of chocolate spread, and is great for layering on toast or eating straight from the spoon!
Drain your soaked hazelnuts and add to a baking tray. Roast in the oven on a medium heat for about 10-15 minutes - until golden.
Once nicely roasted, add the nuts to a food processor and blend, slowly adding your milk. Once this starts to break down and become smooth, you can add in the protein powder, cocoa, maple syrup and salt.
Blend again until smooth and enjoy!
