For us, the holiday season is all about chocolate and we'd eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if we could. Which is why this black forest inspired oatmeal recipe is making all our dreams come true - providing the sweet fix we've been craving whilst still being the perfect post-workout refuel. 

Chocolate Cherry Oats Recipe | Neat Nutrition. Clean, Simple, No-Nonsense Protein.


Mix together the oats, cocoa powder, milk and salt in a pan and cook on a medium heat, stirring regularly. Once the oatmeal has thickened and are almost cooked, stir in the protein with 3/4 of the cherries and 2 squares of chopped dark chocolate. Add an extra splash of milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.

Serve with extra cherries, dark chocolate, and milk if you wish.
