When the weather is warm, the last thing you want is a cooked, hot breakfast. If you’re after something cool and refreshing in the mornings, this fresh and fruity blueberry smoothie is perfect! The pineapple and oats are great for soothing any troublesome tummies, and you can even prep it the night before work, placing it in a jar to sip on during your commute...

METHOD:  

Blend everything together in a blender and pour into a jar - simple!
