First, mix together the milk, protein, 1/2 the banana (mashed), chia seeds, oats. Leave in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours, and give it a good stir in the morning.
Place the tbsp of ghee or coconut oil in a pan with the tbsp of sweetener of choice, cooking over a slow heat and stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and browns, without burning. Top the oats with half a chopped banana, chopped nuts and drizzle over the caramel sauce.
