A twist on the delicious winter dessert, these Apple Pie Protein Bites are made using all-natural ingredients and are perfect for snacking on-the-go!
METHOD:
First blend the pecans in a blender until they break down into small pieces. Add in the dates and blend again until well-combined.
Add in all other ingredients and blend well, scraping down the sides when needed. The final mixture should still have a little texture but shouldn't have any big chunks present.
Roll into bitesize balls and dust with cinnamon before storing in an airtight container in the fridge.
