Veganuary

Veganuary might be focused around the 30 day vegan pledge in January, but they still have a tonne of content for you to consume all year long. Their website has recipes, lists of all the best accidentally vegan foods, myth busting articles, advice and tips - you name it, they've thought of it!

Minimalist Baker

If you’re scratching your head at what to cook for dinner, check out the Minimalist Baker. Although not 100% vegan, they share a huge volume of plant-based dishes that are easy to follow and often made with less than 10 ingredients. We love that they share everything from healthy salads and smoothies, to big burger stacks and nacho plates.

Netflix

One of the best ways to stay motivated is to learn more about veganism, as it will remind you of why you're making a change in the first place. If you want to learn about how your training performance could benefit from a vegan diet, watch The Game Changers on Netflix, or tune into Cowspiracy if you’re interested in the impact on our planet.

Eating Animals by Jonathan Safran Foer

This book is honest and well articulated, but with a good sense of balance and without sounding preachy. Going into detail about what really happens in the meat industry, it's sure to provide you with an eye-opening insight into where your food - predominately meat - really comes from. It's sure to make you think twice about the way you eat.
