If you're going to delve into the world of throwing yourself out of a plane or off a cliff, paragliding with a qualified instructor is a great place to start - before you head into full on adrenaline junkie territory! Pick an awesome spot and you'll get epic views that are almost as good as the adrenaline high...  

The best place to paraglide? Nepal. You can glide over the Pokhara Valley, home to some of the world's tallest mountains - it's once in a lifetime stuff!


Bungy Jump

When it comes to a classic bungee, there's one country you need to head to - New Zealand. The biggest is The Nevis in Queenstown, which is world-renowned and sits at 134 meters above the river. Expect to plummet towards the Nevis as fast as 128 km per hour...

It’s a classic activity for any adrenaline-seeker, after all throwing yourself out of a plane is a pretty sure-fire way to get the rush you're looking for. There's a whole host of awesome places you can sky dive around the world, but if you're looking for the top jump we'd recommended heading over the Caribbean. Skydive over the Blue Hole in Belize, before getting on your scuba gear and exploring the reef.

One of our favourite destinations for epic climbs? We might be biased, but California of course! Although best known for it's beaches, sunshine and great food and coffee scene, California also has some pretty awesome places to climb. From El Capitan in Yosemite, to Gibraltar Rock and Joshua Tree - there's no shortage of places for you to explore. 



Dice with death on the poignantly named "death road" in La Paz, Bolivia. The North Yungas Road coined its nickname thanks to how many people die on it every single day – thought to be about 2-300 people per month! It'l be a hair-raising ride to say the least...

Without a doubt, you've got to try out the Colorado river, where you can take on the white water rapids whilst admiring a pretty unique view of the Grand Canyon. But for those wanting to take things up a gear, the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe has a 24km stretch containing 23 Grace IV and V rapids. What else could you want from your vacation than conquering the “Gnashing Jaws of Death”?
