TedTalks is one the original podcasters, leading the game with their short, 18-minute motivational talks discussing some pretty punchy subject matter. And TedTalks Health is no different, covering topics from mental illness to dieting, to tropical diseases. The short length is perfect to give you some much needed headspace during your lunch break.
